Her birthplace was in Santa Monica, California on 26 November, 1986. She is the child of Vincenzo Barba the father of her and Valerie Barba. In 2006, she and her parents moved with their family to Point Pleasant New Jersey. Her high school studies in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. After graduating at Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture, she continued her studies at the college. In addition, she was a player on the violin from the age of four and was referred to as the Violin Lady. Due to her performance the violinist was referred to by the name of Violin Girl. She also taught violin to neighborhood kids. When she was nineteen she auditioned for the sixth season of American Idol and sang the 1976 hit song Free.
